AYOOOOO! WHAT'S UP?! I finally got the chance to write up this post~ For those of you new to my blog, I'm a subbie of a monthly beauty subscription called ipsy. It's only $10 a month and I'll include a link if you'd like to subscribe! You get 5-6 items per month in a cute small pouch. If you'd like to see previous bags I've gotten just scroll through my blog! Here's the link~ Click here
Anyways! Continue to scroll below to see what I got in this month's bag~
This is a very weird yet kind of nice nail polish the shade is a shimmery molten pewter. I wasn't really excited for this but I tried it on and I kinda liked it! This nailtini is in the color Caviar Cocktail.
Another item in this month's bag is from "be a...bombshell" This is a twist up lip crayon in the shade "hot damn" It's a red color but it has a bit of a pink incorporated in the color. This glides on soooo smooth! Here's a swatch of it~
Believe it or not, this is one of the items that I really wanted to get in this month's bag~ The full size is CRAZY expensive (I believe it's close to $65 dollars). I used this mask and it was helpful however it was a bit painful. The "tingly" is more like a burning sensation and it goes away after the first 5 minutes~ BTW this is a mud mask with green tea leaves in it and when it dries you look like a mud monstahhh!
Here's a eyeliner from Starlooks. It's in the shade called Amethyst, it's a metallic purple and it glides on soo smoothly. Not much to say about this eyeliner except that it's very creamy. Below is a swatch of the eyeliner.
This was a product that I wasn't really excited for, I wanted to try something else from the Em line by Michelle Phan but I got this mascara its from her lash gallery collection. This masacra clumped up and it really didn't do much for my tiny sparse lashes. I honestly, recieved so much mascara from ipsy that I have enough for a whole year! So what I recently did was take the beauty quiz again and changed up my preferences.
This pixi bronzer has the best packaging ever! It has a twist off cover and the green part of this package is a smooth material, you can tell that they put a lot of thought into the packaging. Okayyyy enough about the packaging and back to the product, this shade is called "Subtly Suntouched" and the name of the shade describes this shade perfectly. It has slight shimmers in it and is a bit chalky but it's a really good bronzer!
Anyways that is it~ Again, if you need the link to become a subscriber of ipsy click here
Remember it's only $10 a month for 5-6 products (mix of full sized and trial sized products) And if you are wondering, ipsy does not do foil packaged samples (one time use only samples) which are the ones that Birchbox includes.
